• Personal Administrative Assistant

Business Entrepreneur located in Sparta, NJ has an immediate opening for a part-time Administrative/Accounting clerk with QuickBooks experience. Must be confidential, efficient, organized, able to multi-task, proficient in Word and Excel. Duties include but are not limited to: Quick Books, light accounting, filing, mailing returns, running errands, managing emails and correspondence, answering phones/making phone calls, vendor interaction and other duties as assigned.
Day Shift, approximately 10-15 hours per week (can vary as needed) during the times of 9am-5pm.
Salary based on experience $14-17/hr.
